Orders and Shipping

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress. Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

To create an account, click the “My Account” link at the top of our website. From there, you can register with your email address and create a password. Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to track orders, manage shipping addresses, and save payment details for faster checkout.

You can update your shipping address anytime by logging into your account. Simply go to “My Account” → “Addresses” → “Edit Shipping Address”, then enter your new details and click Save. If you need to change the address for an order that’s already been placed, please contact us right away at sales@muzzleauthority.com — we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also log in to your account at any time, go to “My Account” → “Orders,” and click View to see the latest status and tracking details.

No — MuzzleAuthority.com does not store your full credit card details. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers like Stripe and PayPal. These services use industry-standard encryption to protect your information. If you choose to save your payment method at checkout, it is safely stored by the payment processor, not on our servers.

Yes. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and current state tax laws. If your state does not require sales tax, none will be added to your order.

At this time, MuzzleAuthority.com ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Whenever possible, we ship all items in your order together in a single package. However, if your order includes multiple products or items from different warehouses, they may ship separately. If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, products must be in like new, unused, and unopened condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must first contact us at sales@muzzleauthority.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns received without an RMA will not be processed. Please note: clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned. Any opened or used equipment will be returned to the customer. We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please contact us right away at sales@muzzleauthority.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We’ll send you the correct product as quickly as possible and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at no cost to you.

We apologize if your order was damaged in transit. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@muzzleauthority.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund, and we’ll provide instructions for returning the damaged product if necessary.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the correct return address. Please do not send items back without an RMA, as they cannot be processed. Be sure to include the RMA number inside the package so we can match your return to your order.

If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@muzzleauthority.com with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update it for you. If it has already shipped, we’ll do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee rerouting once a package is in transit.

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at sales@muzzleauthority.com with your order number. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled, but you may still be able to return it under our 30-day returns policy.

At this time, we do not accept pre-orders for sold-out items. If a product is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified by email as soon as it becomes available again. We work hard to restock popular items quickly so you don’t miss out.
