Muzzle Authority Return Policy
At Muzzle Authority, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you need to return an item, please review the following policy:
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be in like-new, unused, and unopened condition to qualify for a return.
- Items received in opened packaging, used condition, or showing signs of installation will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days for any reason.
- Clearance and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
- Customers must contact us at sales@muzzleauthority.com before sending in a return.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided and must be included with your return. Returns received without an RMA may be refused.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Muzzle Authority is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued once the return has been inspected and approved.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for refunds to appear in your account after processing.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery at sales@muzzleauthority.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange an item must return the original product (following the return policy above) and place a new order.
Firearm Laws Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any products purchased from Muzzle Authority are legal in their state or locality. Returns will not be accepted due to regulatory restrictions after shipment.
